contemporary focused, release-based

flow. We will look into floor work, somatics,

and improvisation.

Moone School of Ballet, Weekly Contemporary Classes

Tuesdays, Contemporary (5 yrs +)  1 hour

Exploring Release and Floor-based Techniques

to encourage creative expressions and flowing

movements.

Creative Soul Dance, Weekly Movement Sessions

Wednesdays, 18+ , FREE, 1hr 30mins

Suitable for adults of all ages and abilities,

whether you have never danced

or want to get moving again. We

work as a group of professional artists

to rotate the teaching.
